Gray iron

Easy to corrode: gray iron pipe is easy to rust in humid environment, leading to corrosion of the inner wall of the pipe and affecting water quality.
High maintenance cost: It requires regular inspection and replacement, which has a high maintenance cost.
Heavy weight: compared with other materials, gray iron pipe is heavier, with higher installation and transportation costs.

Carbon Steel Tube

Corrosion problems: Although carbon steel pipe is more resistant to corrosion than gray iron pipe, it may still rust under certain conditions.
Pollution Risk: Carbon steel pipe may release heavy metal ions under certain conditions, which may pollute the water quality.
