In the model, the spatial positioning of each discipline, the rationality of the pre-design, the mutual influences between disciplines, and collision relationships can be intuitively understood. Plan, elevation, and section views are easily accessible, facilitating rational design adjustments.

Based on the design specifications and installation requirements of each discipline, the pipeline routes are adjusted while ensuring functionality. The elevation of pipelines for each discipline is determined, and collision issues between pipelines are resolved. The goal is to centralize and rationalize the pipeline layout as much as possible, thereby reducing rework during the later installation process, lowering installation costs, and improving installation outcomes.

Compared to a full Building Information Model (BIM), the lightweight BIM model has a smaller data volume and faster loading speed, making it easier for project teams and stakeholders to achieve rapid visualization. Through the lightweight BIM model, users can conduct interactive presentations, explore various parts of the building model, observe design details, simulate effects under different conditions, enhance collaboration among project teams, and improve communication efficiency.

By conducting model collision checks, potential clashes in hard-to-observe or minute areas of the model can be identified and prevented. The system can directly provide the coordinates of collision points, enabling rapid issue identification and achieving a zero-collision standard. Utilizing the BIM model, the clearance heights in various areas can be checked and confirmed in advance.
